This awful ebay seller sent me a pair of Bose headphones described as 'hardly used', seller doesn't accept returns (BEWARE!). I bought them as a gift for my wife, but BEFORE they arrived I realised these particular headphones are only controlled via an app. As my wife has neurological problems & can't use smartphones I sent a very polite request to the seller asking if I could return them.
When they did arrive, they were NOT as described. The flimsy packaging meant the inner box was damaged and they were very obviously refurbished. The left adjustable ear slider was loose and did not stay in place.

The rude idiot completely ignored my request, then closed the case. Which means I lost almost £120. Ebay, assured me in an initial chat that I was covered. Then they told me I had no rights whatsoever, which means I have lost £120.
Thanks a bunch ebay - I won't ever purchase on ebay again. And the seller E-cycled can go to hell too. If I could give ZERO STARS for this seller I would.
